Greene King has named the winners of its annual Repairs and Maintenance Contractors Awards, celebrating the performance of partners across its pub estate.

The event took place earlier this October as part of the brewer’s annual Repairs and Maintenance Contractors Conference at its Westgate Brewery in Bury St Edmunds.

Around 80 representatives from Greene King’s contractor network attended the evening session, which recognised work across five categories.

The top KPI performance award was shared by Forest UK and Chantry TV. South Coast Catering won the Above and Beyond category, while Jet Through was named Most Improved. Maintain-A-Drain received the Consistent Performer award, and Cubitt Theobald was recognised for charitable contribution.

The categories were based on performance in service, quality, process and pub feedback, supported by qualitative input from surveyors and the procurement team.

Paul Garland, property services director at Greene King, said: “This event acknowledges the excellent work which we see throughout the year and on those occasions when the ‘unexpected’ happens in our pubs. These contractors help us to keep doors open and to serve our customers and communities up and down the country.

“The awards recognise excellence in KPI delivery, partnership, and contribution to Greene King’s values and charitable work. Congratulations to all the nominees and winners on the night.”
