The Evolv Collection has appointed Tom Tomczyk as its new operations director, bringing more than two decades of experience in hospitality leadership to the role.

Tomczyk joins after nearly 10 years with Rare Restaurants, where he most recently served as back-of-house operations director. 

He previously held senior food operations roles at Gaucho and M Restaurants, overseeing menu development, compliance, training and new restaurant openings. 

Earlier in his career he worked with Bill’s Restaurants, Novus Leisure and Revolution Bars Group.

Tomczyk’s appointment strengthens The Evolv Collection’s leadership team as it continues to expand its portfolio.

In a LinkedIn post announcing the move, Tomczyk wrote: “After nearly a decade with Rare Restaurants, it’s time for me to turn the page. I’ll always look back on my time with Rare with pride and gratitude. I’m excited for what’s ahead and I can’t wait to embrace this next chapter.”
