Pasta Evangelists will launch a breakfast menu for the first time after the Bank Holiday weekend (26 August), offering a range of poached egg dishes inspired by classic Italian sauces.
The menu marks the company’s first move into the breakfast market.
The new offering, available exclusively at the brand’s Farringdon site, will run from 7am to 11am. As part of the launch, customers can claim a free hot drink from 7am to 8am between Tuesday and Friday next week (26–29 August), with no purchase required.
The ‘Evangelists Eggs and Morning Treats’ menu includes four poached egg dishes. Options include ‘Infernal Eggs’ with ’nduja and red pepper sauce; ‘Paradise Eggs’ with stracciatella, basil pesto and rocket; ‘Truffled Eggs’ in a cacio e pepe sauce; and ‘Eggs in Purgatory’ with cherry tomato sauce, mozzarella and fresh herbs. A selection of pastries will also be available.
Finn Lagun, co-founder and chief marketing officer at Pasta Evangelists, said: “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so we’re on a mission to reimagine it, Italian-style.
“We know how fast-paced mornings can be, especially in London, so we wanted to create something quick yet indulgent, with the same quality and creativity we bring to our delicious fresh pasta.”
