Harbour Lights restaurant and venue, set within Burton Waters marina near Lincoln, has been put up for sale for an asking price of £850,000.

The restaurant has 96 internal covers and a gross internal area of 289.85 SqM in its octagonal dining area.

It is being sold on behalf of the current owners who wish to retire and focus on other ventures.

Harbour Lights presents a number of opportunities for new owners to streamline operations and grow turnover.

New owners may consider increasing trading days from three days per week and expanding trading hours to maximise the site’s existing late license.

The venue currently hosts some weddings and events bookings during the week, which is another revenue stream that could be developed under new ownership.

Jonty Green, business agent at Christie and Co which is managing the sale, said: “Harbour Lights is a truly unique offering, set within an idyllic marina and overlooking the harbour. The site has been run as a secondary business by the current owners with a great back story, but it is ready for a new owner to take over and help realise its full potential.”
