Christie and Co has been tasked with securing partnerships with a number of ambitious hospitality entrepreneurs or investment groups, by combining their concept with entrepreneurs’ knowledge, experience and desire to develop in a new region.

Daniel Spinath, founder of Crêpeaffaire, said: “We are thrilled to work with Christie on the development of the Crêpeaffaire business in the UK. The opportunities for growth are enormous, and we look forward to partnering with fantastic regional operators and building the brand’s presence to its full potential.”

Simon Chaplin, senior director of pubs, restaurants and franchise at Christie and co, added: “We are delighted to be representing Crêpeaffaire in this new UK expansion plan. The concept is tried and trusted, offering a franchisee a solid platform from which to build.

“The formats can be adapted to suit most locations, from kiosk to full dining venues. We see demand coming from existing hospitality operators seeking a stand-out brand and those entering the industry looking to develop a region using their local expertise.”
