Domino’s director of the company, Stella David has announced her decision to step down from her role from 31 December 2023.

The news comes as David has recently been appointed interim chief executive officer of Entain plc.

As a result, she will “no longer have sufficient time to fulfil her commitments to Domino’s Pizza Group”.

Matt Shattock, chair of Domino’s, said: On behalf of the board, I’d like to thank Stella for her contribution to Domino’s. She has been an outstanding Board director.

“While we are sorry to see her leave the board, we understand her reasons and wish her every success with her future endeavours.”
