Hospitality Titans appoints new membership director

Moving to the Hospitality Trade Association sector and as chief operating officer he assisted the merger of The Association of Multiple Retailers (ALMR) and the British Hospitality Association (BHA) to form UKHospitality.

Hospitality Titans has appointed Rupert Culme-Seymour as its new membership director.

Founded by Liam Norval, CEO at Posh Cockney, and Pete Warden, hospitality director at LXA, in 2020, Hospitality Titans is a platform and membership programme that brings together industry experts in order to “support”, “nurture” and “inspire” those within hospitality and beyond.

The platform offers networking opportunities, training, mentoring and industry insights to hospitality professionals, whether they’re just starting out in the industry or want to further immerse themselves in their field.

Through mergers and the acquisition of Courage to Heineken UK, Culme-Seymour progressed his 19 years in the brewery industry while holding senior positions in supply chain, sales capabilities, and on-trade sales.

Additionally, Culme-Seymour is a corporate mentor for both Otolo and the Forces Employment Charity.

He is the founder of Seeking out Solutions Ltd that offers a bespoke coaching and mentoring service to individuals and teams alongside R3NConsulting Ltd, a strategic business consultancy.

Culme-Seymour is an affiliate member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches as a Registered corporate coach and has been a Hospitality Titan board member.

According to Hospitality Titans, Culme-Seymour’s “dedication and passion” within his career, alongside his relationship with Hospitality Titans since its launch, has “only strengthened the decision more firmly as to why he is best suited to his newly acquired position as membership director”.

Culme-Seymour said: “From the first event I attended and meeting both Liam & Pete I was really inspired by their founding purpose of bringing people together alongside industry experts to support all businesses, inspire and nurture talent whilst enhancing the awareness and driving visibility of current topical themes across the industry. The future of the Titans is an exciting one and I can’t wait to add value through the membership director role going forward’’.

Noval and Warden, co-founders of Hospitality Titans, added: “We are delighted to have Rupert join the Titans officially as membership director. After a successful three years, we believe it’s time to go to the next step in bringing in the quality and know-how that Rupert brings to the table, where his experience and knowledge is invaluable to the future of HospitalityTitans.

“We are excited to have Rupert on board with us as we continue to grow our Hospitality Titans Membership, expand our network, sponsorships and build new relationships with our amazing industry leaders and partners. We feel the Titans future is extremely bright.”
