Rhubarb Hospitality Group has announced the opening of Larch, a new Italian restaurant and café concept located at 1 Sky Garden Walk.

The restaurant opened this week and joins Rhubarb’s portfolio of bars and two restaurants within Sky Garden.

Upstairs, the 50-cover restaurant and bar will showcase an Italian inspired menu with a selection of antipasti, pasta, pizza and large main plates, alongside a dedicated ‘burrata bar’.

The restaurant also includes an additional 50 covers outside on the spacious terrace.

There will also be an extensive wine and cocktail list, with beers and top shelf spirits available.

On the ground floor, Larch has an informal café serving coffees, sandwiches and pastries alongside a boutique store selling a curated range of gardening paraphernalia and books, souvenirs, gifts and illustrations.

The interior was designed by Design LSM and features a bespoke oak honeycomb tile bar front that mimics the layers of a beehive.

PB Jacobse, CEO of Rhubarb, said: “I am confident Larch is going to be a really welcome addition to the city and will appeal to Londoners as well as Sky Garden visitors thanks to its accessible menu, beautiful interiors and expansive al fresco terrace. We very much see this new restaurant as part of the Sky Garden family, and we’re looking forward to seeing Larch carve out its own reputation.”
