The Lygon Arms in Broadway in the Cotswolds has announced a new partnership with chef James Martin to open two new dining experiences.

Grill will launch in February 2023 and Tavern will open March 2023 and will follow up the success of a partnership with Martin at its sister hotel in Hampshire Chewton Glen.

Signature dishes at Grill will include Thai-Spiced Cornish Crab Risotto; Burnt Aubergine, Vegan Ricotta, Harissa, Bulgur Wheat and Soft Herbs; and Laverstoke Buffaloumi with Confit Roscoff Onion, Chilli Jam and Treviso.

The restaurant will also have classic dishes such as beef wellington and steaks.

Tavern will offer a more relaxed experience with a menu featuring nibbles and grazing dishes such as sausage rolls, scotch eggs and pickles.

Martin will also be hosting ‘Dinners with James Martin’ which will showcase seasonal “greatest hits” menus for the whole room paired with wines.
