Alberto and Adrian Zandi have announced the upcoming launch of El Norte, a Spanish restaurant located on Mayfair’s Dover Street due to open in November.

The site represents an expansion of the restaurateurs’ portfolio to three, adding to existing venues Zuaya and Como Garden.

El Norte will take its inspiration from Spain’s northern regions, providing a sharing menu of “traditional Spanish dishes with a modern and luxury twist”.

Acting as a drinking and dining destination, the establishment is due to be decorated with “chic and sophisticated interiors”.

In addition, El Norte will feature a “focal-point bar”, offering classing serves, house-made specials, and a wine list.

Looking ahead, the brothers “have their eye” on a number of Central London locations, as well as international possibilities “also on the horizon”.
