Wing Shack Co has announced the opening of its new delivery kitchen in Canary Wharf which will serve a 2.5 mile radius of the area.

Wing Shack Co was founded in 2017 by Joshua Jarvis and Larry Shiro and currently operates out of three sites located in Loughton, Clerkenwell and Bethnal Green.

The sites reopened in May after being forced to close in March as a result of Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.

As of May, Wing Shack has offered both delivery and “click and collect” services to customers through outlets such as Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats.

Alongside its poultry-based menu with a multitude of chicken wing options, Wing Shack Co is set to reportedly introduce a plant-based menu consisting of “plant-powered bites” including jackfruit wings, jackfruit burgers, seitan burgers, loaded fries and fries.

Jarvis said: “It’s only an uncertain time if you believe it is. We believe it’s a time of opportunity.

“With the likelihood of more restrictions and people being at home we believe it’s a great opportunity to expand our delivery radius so we can cater to our customers and attract new customers as well.”
