Big Mamma Group has announced that it will open Jacuzzi, a four-storied restaurant on High Street Kensington in January 2023.
Jacuzzi will be the groups first restaurant in West London, and fourth restaurant in London after Gloria, Circolo Popolare and Ave Mario.
The restaurant is spread across 4,000 sq ft, 170 seats and a spiralling four floors, with highlights including a Sicilian mezzanine on the third floor with a retractable roof and glitter ball disco toilets in the basement.
Starters will include culatello di zibello from onesto ghirardi served with gnocchi fritti, burrata with seasonal truffle and pizzetta topped with Italian transmontanus caviar by Kaviari from the Venice region.
For the main course, it will feature lobster risotto with half lobster, clams, red gurnard and cuttlefish and a colossal truffle pasta for two with fresh black truffle, truffle cream and parmigiano foam, in a 4kg wheel of pecorino.
