108 Brasserie & Bar appoints Emre Gunes as general manager

108 Marylebone Lane has appointed Emre Gunes as general manager at 108 Brasserie and 108 Bar.

Bringing with him over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Gunes has a wealth of experience across a range of high-end restaurants in the capital.

He will be joining 108 Marylebone Lane from Richard Caring’s Sexy Fish on Berkeley Square, where he has held the position of restaurant manager since 2016.

During this time, he was responsible for operational restructuring and the implementation of various improvements within the business, resulting in “significant revenue growth” and demonstrating his impact on “driving and enhancing business success”.

Gunes said of his new role: “I’m so pleased to be joining the teams at 108 Brasserie and 108 Bar. Both are already such successful and well-loved venues and I can’t wait to embark on the challenge of taking them to the next level.”
