Big Table Group appoints new MD of Leisure Division
Debbie Husband most recently held the position of managing director at the Rank Group PLC, having joined the business as national director of operations in 2017
Big Table Group has announced the appointment of Debbie Husband as managing director for the Leisure Division that was recently acquired from The Restaurant Group (TRG).
Husband will join The Big Table Group in October. She most recently held the position of managing director at the Rank Group PLC, having joined the business as national director of operations in 2017.
Before that, she spent 15 years at Travelodge, holding a number of senior operational roles in her time at the hotel company.
James Pidduck will be taking on the finance director role for the Leisure Division. He will retain his current role of finance director for Bella Italia, covering the FD responsibility across both brands.
The Leisure Division includes the brands Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito, Firejacks, Coast To Coast, Filling Station and EST, and complements The Big Table Group’s existing portfolio, operating across both the family and experiential dining markets. The deal is expected to complete at the end of October 2023, taking The Big Table Group to operating over 220 restaurants across the UK.
