Head chef Paulo Airaudo, says the site which will open on 23 January will be a “relaxed fine dining” restaurant, featuring food which takes inspiration from Latin America and Italy. The chef will also open De Terra bar alongside Rafael Cagali.
An announcement by De Terra today read: “We offer an international, informal but quality driven and modern approach towards cooking, beverages, decor and sound. We make sudamerican cuisine with Italian influence, remembering our roots.”
Airaudo currently runs San Sebastián restaurant, Amelia and La Bottega in Geneva, the Geneva restaurant opened in 2015 and was awarded its first Michelin star four months later, while Amelia was awarded its first Michelin star in 2017.
