The menu will “celebrate the best of great Irish produce” – including fresh rock oysters from Carlingford Bay, beef cooked using a robata grill, monkfish scampi, wild garlic chicken Kiev as well as seasonal dishes that will change frequently throughout the year.
Food will be served alongside cocktails, exclusive wines, locally brewed beers and ciders. Weekend menus will also feature a selection of brunch dishes and Jamie’s famous roasts with all the trimmings.
The 100-seater restaurant is located on Dublin’s busy Exchequer Street and will open in April 2020.
