Restaurant Associates (RA) Venues, a premium hospitality company, has won a contract to provide catering and hospitality services at the Imperial War Museum (IWM) London.
Through the three-year contract, RA Venues will be responsible for all food and beverage operations for both day catering and events at the museum.
The partnership adds to the current connection between RA Venues and IWM Group, with similar catering services already provided at IWM Duxford, HMS Belfast, Churchill War Rooms, and IWM North.
Steve Chandler, managing director at the hospitality firm, said: “Restaurant Associates Venues and IWM Group have enjoyed a long and prosperous relationship and we’re delighted to welcome the prestigious IWM London to our portfolio.
“IWM London is a leading museum that attracts people from all corners of the globe and we’re excited to offer our seasonal menus to visitors.”
In addition to the museum’s ground floor café, the IMW is opening a terrace café that will offer al-fresco dining in the grounds of the building.
Gemma Brown, head of commercial events, experiences, and catering at IWM, said: “It’s really important that we can provide our visitors with a great place to relax and grab something to eat and are delighted to be working with Restaurant Associate Venues who will be enhancing the food and drink offering at the museum cafe.
“We are also looking forward to opening our outdoor seating very soon which will be perfect for the summer months ahead.”
