Steve Chandler, managing director at RA Venues, said: “RA Venues is thrilled to strengthen its partnership with Glyndebourne by welcoming long-time consultants, the Galvin’s, to the venue.

“The estate grounds offer the perfect opportunity for us to partner with the Galvin brothers to create beautiful seasonal menus that build on the customer experience to ensure a truly memorable visit.”

Three seasonally changing menus have been designed for the partnership, featuring signature dishes served at the Michelin-starred London restaurant Galvin La Chapelle.

The Galvins said that the menus will be an “authentic reflection” of the duo’s cooking, “created using only the finest seasonal, local ingredients”.

They added: “Our highlights include a deliciously refreshing soup created from very ripe charentais melon, which in the Summer was hugely popular with our regular guests in London.

“The apple tarte tatin, which has been a signature dish at Galvin restaurants for over 15 years, is set to be a crowd pleaser too.”
