Absolute Taste to reopen Palace House restaurant, The Tack Room

Newmarket restaurant, The Tack Room, is set to re-open on 10 April following a refresh from London-based catering company, Absolute Taste.

The team have introduced a new menu which includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. The chef team will use locally sourced produce, wherever possible, from regional suppliers.

Dishes will comprise of the Absolute Taste homemade charcuterie board; duck, feta and watermelon salad, roasted cashews and mint; roasted cauliflower salad with Romanesco, sweet potato, red pepper and broccoli and braised lamb shoulder served with soy, brown sugar and new potatoes.

Gary Kennerley, managing director at Absolute Taste, said: “We are thrilled to re-open The Tack Room and invite the local community as well as the museum’s visitors to taste our wonderful new menu.
