By Chloe’s Veganuary line-up includes the launch of its twist on the full English breakfast, called The Full Brekkie, which is plant-based and has been created in partnership with influencer and environmental activist Zanna Van Dijk. A 50p donation for every The Full Brekkie ordered will be donated to the Veganuary charity.
The Full Brekkie will feature maple carrot bacon, jackfruit sausage, scrambled tofu, smoky cowboy beans, roasted plum tomatoes and whole shiitake mushrooms, served with a toasted buttered vegan English muffin and house-made Beet Ketchup, alongside an English Breakfast tea or coffee of choice.
The restaurant will also host a series of events to coincide with Veganuary, an initiative where people follow a vegan diet for the first month of the year.
These events include a hosted breakfast with Healthy Chef Steph on Tuesday 8 January where she’ll discuss female empowerment and how to build a personal brand on social media. This will be followed by a breakfast session hosted by Zanna Van Dijk on Thursday 10 January, she will speak about fitness and nutrition alongside nutrition specialist Rhiannon Lambert.
By Chloe will also launch Mac Mondays, starting Monday 7 January, where customers will receive a free small Mac N’ Cheese when purchasing a burger, sandwich or salad between 12-5pm.
Additionally, the restaurant has partnered with Vevolution, events and multimedia company existing to inspire a plant-powered generation, to host a series of free, weekly informative talks alongside vegan, fitness and health influencers such as Brett Cobley, EpiVegan and Paul Brown, Founder of BOL.
Van Dijk, said: “I have been a By Chloe addict since my first visit to their original location in NYC. I love their salads, their baked goods and the way they make vegan food accessible to the masses. I’m so honored to work together with By Chloe to create a special Veganuary brunch recipe. The Full Brekkie is not only delicious but seriously nutritious and based around fibre-filled whole foods.”
