Seasoned wins Royal Museums Greenwich contract

Independent caterer Seasoned has been named as an approved caterer for Royal Museums Greenwich on a three-year contract.

The company pointed to its green credentials as a key factor in the deal, after it said its “executive team has been working towards the venues becoming carbon neutral and one area the group examined carefully was its supply chain”.

Seasoned’s green credentials include sourcing 85% of its ingredients from within a 50-mile radius.

Royal Museums Greenwich, which is located within the UNESCO World Heritage site of Maritime Greenwich, comprises Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum, Queen’s House, Royal Observatory Greenwich, and the Peter Harrison Planetarium.

The partnership is the latest collaboration for Seasoned after it signed a five-year contract with Merlin Events to provide management and catering services at some of London’s most popular attractions.
