Wulf & Lamb opens Marylebone site

Plant-based restaurant Wulf and Lamb has opened its second site in Marylebone, London.

The new restaurant, which is located on Chiltern Street boasts 90 covers and will offer full table service, outdoor seating and a bar with a cocktail menu.

The menu will feature new dishes including glazed miso aubergine, bao, artichoke pesto linguine and crème brûlée. The menu has been developed by head chef Konstantinos Kotidis, previously of Vanilla Black, who has built on the success of Franco Casolin’s menu at Wulf and Lamb, Chelsea

Wulf and Lamb was founded by Rosanna von Zweigbergk and Philip Ryan and opened on Pavilion Road in Chelsea in 2017.

Ryan said: “We are thrilled to be opening in Marylebone. Since we opened in Chelsea three years ago we have been delighted by the growing trend for plant-based eating.

“Our customers have fallen in love with our take on classic comfort foods including Mac-n-Cheese and Wulf Pie. For Marylebone we’ve added more dishes including starters, indulgent desserts and a full cocktail and wine list.”
