The Beaumont has relaunched its restaurant, The Colony Grill, and opened a new bar, Le Magritte.
It comes after the hotel reopened its doors at the end of August.
The restaurant is open for breakfast seven days a week and will also serve a weekend brunch menu, alongside a full à la carte menu.
The hotel has named Ben Boeynaems as head chef, previously of Petrus and The Zetter Group, who joined The Beaumont before lockdown in February 2020 and will continue in the role after the relaunch.
Le Magritte Bar has been moved to a new home within the hotel, and has new interiors and furnishings designed for 30 guests. The space will be run by newly appointed Magritte bar and terrace manager Antonino Lo Lacono, previously of Rules, Dukes, and most recently of Mark’s Club in Mayfair.
It will feature a terrace bar, which overlooks Mayfair’s Brown Hart Gardens. The former bar space has also been redesigned and will offer a new afternoon tea menu.
