Pale Hall Hotel has refurbished its fine dining room to launch a new bistronomic restaurant – The Huntsman.
The new eatery has been opened to “better serve” Pale Hall’s guests and the local neighbourhood – offering locally sourced ingredients and seating over 40 covers.
Palé Hall is a Grade II-listed country house hotel on the edge of Snowdonia National Park
in Wales offering 18 guest bedrooms and suites.
Head chef Gareth Stevenson will be at the helm of the kitchen and has designed the menu for the new restaurant. Stevenson became head chef in June 2016, resulting in the hotel consecutively achieving three AA Rosettes in 2017 and 2018.
The menu at the Huntsman will feature Welsh black beef sirloin with café de Paris butter and chunky chips , roasted chicken breast parsnip with pearl barley and chicken sauce and beer battered cod with garden peas, tartar sauce and chunky chips.
