Fine dining restaurant London Stock has opened its doors on 6 Sackville Street in Mayfair.

Founded by Le Cordon Bleu-trained Assem Abdel Hady and Andres Bernal with the aim of redefining the traditional fine dining experience, the restaurant was originally based in Wandsworth, opening in January 2020.

The new space at 6 Sackville Street features an open kitchen where gastronomes can observe head chef Sebastian Rast and his team at work.

In addition to its seasonal eight-course tasting menu offered all day, the restaurant also offers an à la carte lunch, three-course and four-course lunch, and a three-course pre-theatre menu and four-course set menu in the evening.

London Stock, led by head chef Rast, is committed to cooking sustainably through striving towards a zero-waste kitchen and using only the highest quality, fresh produce sourced from suppliers, including Bethnal Green Fish, Natoora, and HG Walter, among others.

The new restaurant also offers a wine list by head sommelier Lazaros Engonopoulos, including a wine flight for the signature eight-course tasting menu.

Hady said: “We are thrilled to have this beautiful space for the next chapter of London Stock in the heart of Mayfair.

“As a team, we strive for perfection in everything we do – from the food to the service and the ambience. We very much look forward to offering a dining experience that surprises and delights, with our guests leaving with truly unforgettable memories.”
