Pearce said: “This opening is incredibly huge for us and will definitely go down in Clean Kitchen history! We’re growing at a staggering 30% month on month, and to be included in Battersea Power Station’s restaurant line up is a fantastic achievement for us and something we’re immensely proud of.

“Having grown up just across the river, opening a restaurant inside an iconic London landmark which I’ve seen transform into a new neighbourhood for the capital over the years is a real pinch me moment. Serving good tasting and healthy plant-based food is our heartland and we can’t wait to invite people through our doors at Battersea Power Station so they can taste what we have to offer.”

Sam Cotton, head of leasing at Battersea Power Station Development Company, added: “Battersea Power Station has emerged as one of London’s leading food and drink destinations and this will only become stronger with the great mix of cafés, bars and restaurants opening inside the Power Station from this September.

“With more and more people keen to try plant-based food, we knew including a restaurant with veganism at its core would be high in demand for our visitors, and we couldn’t think of a better partner than Clean Kitchen Club, with its fresh and dynamic approach to plant-based eating.”
