Alexis Gauthier has announced the launch of a vegan casual dining restaurant titled 123V at department store Fenwick which will open 12 April 2021.
The restaurant will be situated on the lower ground floor and outside terrace, on
Brook Street and Bond Street, and will be the first standalone restaurant launched by Gauthier since 2010.
The restaurant will also feature head chef Gerard Virolle who will personally oversee
every aspect of the menu and kitchen. Additionally, restaurant manager Sylvain Guiard has been brought in from Gauthier Soho to run the daily operations.
Commenting on the new restaurant, Gauthier said: “Fenwick straight away were on the same page.
“Their idea to redevelop their lower ground floor into such a modern and exciting space shows their agility, vision and willingness to adapt to the changing expectations of the modern retail customer.”
He added: “The fact that we have been given the chance to open not just a restaurant, but a
force for good, for animals, for the planet, and for us, will be something really special.
I’m so happy to have the people at Fenwick to start this journey with.”
