“Personally, this role is the perfect opportunity to get back to my roots in the Midlands and take on an exciting challenge. I’m also thrilled to be working with Adam Stokes; having someone like him to collaborate with and run ideas by will be brilliant.”

Adam Stokes, owner, added: “It’s the role of a head chef not just to cook, but to innovate, inspire and teach. James will be a great addition to our talented team and we are all looking forward to working with him.
