Food Alert acquires SureFoot Solutions Ltd

Food Alert has announced the acquisition of SureFoot Solutions Ltd by its parent company, The Citation Group, which is said to further strengthen its health and safety, and food hygiene consultancy services.
The news comes as the third acquisition by Citation Group for its Food Alert compliance business in the past 18 months, having also successfully integrated STS and NT Assure as it looks to “continue to grow and improve its offering to the food and hospitality industry”.
It is reported that SureFoot Solutions’ nationwide network of consultants and support staff will transfer to Food Alert, reinforcing its UK-wide team.
Founded in 2006, SureFoot Solutions has built its reputation after supporting hospitality businesses such as The Real Greek, Creams, Everyman Cinemas, St. Austell, Honest Burgers and Franco Manca, with health and safety, and food safety compliance services, as well as software.
