Lucky Voice to open first new site for a decade

Karaoke bar company, Lucky Voice has announced it is to open its first venue in 10 years in London’s Holborn area.

The company, which already has three venues in Soho, Islington and Brighton, will open its fourth site on Chancery Lane, in late February 2019. The 5,000 square foot venue, will be home to the company’s largest VIP karaoke room, for over 25 people. The bar will have a late alcohol license until 3am on weekdays and 4am at weekends.

Lucky Voice’s new outlet will offer private karaoke with drinks delivered to the rooms at the touch of a button, a feature it says has seen sales increase by 20% year-on-year for the last five years. The new bar will feature an extended food menu and a multi-language playlist of over 9,000 songs.

The karaoke bar operator plans to invest over £1.5m in the site’s development following the 10 year hiatus to develop its online karaoke and franchise offerings.

“ The success of Lucky Voice (Christmas bookings are already 20% up on last year) reflects the fact that there truly is a demand for after-hours entertainment in our Capital, and we’re very proud to cater for that.”
