The Apollo Arms appoints new general manager
He will work closely with owners Hubert Beatson-Hird and Oliver Marlowe alongside head chef Charlie Miller to ensure “high standards are maintained”
Lunar Pub Co has appointed Kinan Wright as general manager at its new Clapham-based pub and dining room, The Apollo Arms
Wright has been part of the Lunar Pub Co since 2021 and joins from sister site The Hunter’s Moon in South Kensington.
Prior to that, he was bar and restaurant general manager across a number of Stonegate and Bermondsey Pub Co sites, ranging from wet-led city pubs to premium bar and restaurant venues. He also held managerial roles within the Independent Pub Co.
He will be responsible for the day-to-day running of The Apollo Arms and will oversee the entire team with his responsibilities encompassing HR, training and supplier relations.
He will work closely with owners Hubert Beatson-Hird and Oliver Marlowe alongside head chef Charlie Miller to ensure “high standards are maintained”.
Wright said: “With two busy and successful sites and The Apollo Arms opening this spring, it’s an incredibly exciting time for Lunar Pub Co.
