Arc Inspirations has announced the appointment of Lee Woolley as its new people and culture director.\r\n\r\nWoolley, brings a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry.\r\n\r\nHaving started his career as a qualified chef, Woolley quickly progressed to General Manager at Scottish and Newcastle Retail, before transitioning to HR.\r\n\r\nHe has held a number of senior HR and people roles at leading hospitality businesses such as Stonegate, Mitchells and Butlers, and Spirit Group.\r\n\r\nMost recently, he served as director of learning and organisation development at Stonegate Group, a position he held for over 13 years.\r\n\r\nWoolley\u2019s role will focus on the development of Arc Inspirations teams across the business, helping harness talent as well as continue to drive development programmes.\r\n\r\nMartin Wolstencroft, co-Founder and CEO, said: \u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to have Lee come onboard and join the Arc family.
