Arc Inspirations appoints new people and culture director
Arc Inspirations currently operates 19 premium bars across the Midlands and the North of England, under the brands of Banyan Bar and Kitchen, BOX and Manahatta
Arc Inspirations has announced the appointment of Lee Woolley as its new people and culture director.
Woolley, brings a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry.
Having started his career as a qualified chef, Woolley quickly progressed to General Manager at Scottish and Newcastle Retail, before transitioning to HR.
He has held a number of senior HR and people roles at leading hospitality businesses such as Stonegate, Mitchells and Butlers, and Spirit Group.
Most recently, he served as director of learning and organisation development at Stonegate Group, a position he held for over 13 years.
Woolley’s role will focus on the development of Arc Inspirations teams across the business, helping harness talent as well as continue to drive development programmes.
