116 Pall Mall Champagne Bar by Searcys has officially opened its doors for the first time.
Behind the façade of the Grade-I listed building, the company said the new champagne bar offers an “array of fizz”, including a selection of magnums, alongside cocktails, British bar bites and a roster of events.
Searcy’s revealed the space can seat up to 50 people and is fitted with exposed brickwork, navy-blue seating, and long wood-topped bar, alongside a private dining room.
The menu has been designed to complement the Champagne offer and includes light bites and bar snacks, alongside pots and pâtés, including a Confit duck rillette with sourdough.
Signature plates feature Searcys smoked salmon with capers, horseradish cream, blinis and dill pickled cucumber and a sharing British cheese platter.
In addition, more substantial dishes feature the likes of British Isles fish pie served with buttered seasonal vegetables, and Grilled flat iron steak with watercress and bearnaise.
