Ben Boeynaems joins the Beaumont Hotel as executive head chef

The Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair has appointed Ben Boeynaems as its new executive head chef.

Boeynaems will take up the role mid-February and will run The Colony Grill Room alongside the Magritte Bar.

He is currently the head chef at The Zetter Group and has previously held positions at The Gordon Ramsay Group at Petrus and Claridge’s, as well as Capital Hotel and Richmond-based The Bingham.

He also held the position of head chef at The Goring Hotel.

Boeynaems said: “I am excited to be joining The Beaumont and feel my ingredient-led, seasonal and classic-based cooking style will be a perfect fit for The Colony’s timeless menu of transatlantic favourites.”
