Loungers appoints new CFO

Stephen Marshall joins with extensive experience as a CFO and in all aspects of finance, IT, procurement and project management

Loungers has announced the appointment of Stephen Marshall to the role of chief financial officer and as a director of the hospitality operator, effective 23 April. 

The news comes as current CFO Gregor Grant will step down from the board in April.

However, he will remain with the company to provide support and to assist with the handover of responsibilities to Marshall until 31 July

Marshall joins with extensive experience as a CFO and in all aspects of finance, IT, procurement and project management. 

Between July 2021 and November 2023, he was CFO of Pure Electric, a founder-led e-scooter company. Prior to that, he held the role of CFO at catering equipment supplier Nisbets from 2018. 

Marshall qualified as a chartered accountant with EY in 1995.
