Pal\u00e9 Hall hotel has announced the appointment of Adam Cleal as head pastry chef. \r\n\r\nAdam joins the team at the hotel, which was awarded three AA Rosettes in September 2017. \r\n\r\nOwned by Alan and Angela Harper, Pal\u00e9 Hall is located on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, set in Wales, offering an extensive menu and a variety of wines.\r\n\r\nAdam Cleal\u2019s appointment as head pastry chef marks his return to Pal\u00e9 Hall following his work with the hotel in September 2016 to help with its launch. Adam honed his patisserie skills at two Michelin starred Gidleigh Park under the helm of Michael Caines in 2014 before joining the team at Pal\u00e9 Hall during their launch period.\r\n\r\nFollowing this, he worked at Lympstone Manor, Devon before being invited to return to Pal\u00e9 Hall to head up the pastry section, presiding over his own delicious desserts and sweet treats at the hotel for guests and locals.\r\n\r\nGeneral manager Harry Shepherd warmly welcomes Adam\u2019s appointment at Pal\u00e9 Hall, saying: \u201cWe are very excited to welcome Adam as Head Pastry Chef here at Pal\u00e9 Hall.
