Deliveroo has announced a new delivery partnership with Costa Coffee, which will see customers able to order goods from the chain via the Deliveroo app.

The service will be available across 500 of Costa Coffee’s stores in England, Scotland and Wales and will launch 1 March.

It comes as part of the delivery apps “2021 growth plans”- with the company revealing in January that it planned to expand into 100 new towns and cities across the UK.

Deliveroo which launched in the UK in 2013, originally started out delivering food from restaurants but has also since partnered with grocery stores such as Sainsbury’s and Waitrose.

Stephen Goldstein, EVP Restaurants at Deliveroo said: “We are extremely proud that the nation’s favourite coffee shop, Costa Coffee has chosen to expand nationwide with Deliveroo. The success of this partnership means that even more customers can now enjoy Costa Coffee’s signature handcrafted coffee delivered to their door.”
