International food brand Behrouz Biryani increased its number of UK franchises from seven to 40 over the past six months.\r\n\r\nThe brand reports it is representing an expansion rate of nearly 500% and is on track to hit its target of over 50 restaurant partners this year.\r\n\r\nOver the past six months, the brand has opened an average of one restaurant a week across London and nearby regions.\r\n\r\nUK partner restaurants can be found across major cities including London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds.\r\n\r\nBehrouz Biryani operates under Rebel Foods, which is an internet restaurant company, and one of India\u2019s food tech players.
