Atul Kochhar Restaurant Group appoints new group operations director

Jatin Parmar has more than two decades of experience within the hospitality sector, having worked for multiple Michelin restaurants and hotels

Atul Kochhar Restaurant Group has announced the appointment of Jatin Parmar as group operations director of UK sites.

Parmar has over 20 years of experience within the hospitality industry and has previously held managerial positions in some of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants. In his new role, he will oversee the operations of all of the Atul Kochhar Restaurant Group sites, including Kanishka in Mayfair.

After graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management in Mumbai, Parmar moved to the UK where he quickly rose through the ranks to manage fine dining restaurants, such as  such as Heston Blumenthal’s three Michelin starred The Fat Duck and the five-star Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort in Darlington.
