Bartlett Mitchell, founded in 2000 by Wendy Bartlett and Ian Mitchell, offers food services to a variety of clients across the UK.
Bartlett said: “Our clients will gain from our combined resources. With the workplace changing, this is a pivotal moment for our sector and this positions us ready and committed to seize this opportunity.”
The catering company said its new team members will “benefit” from greater career opportunities within BaxterStorey’s training and development and its increased financial security from a diverse portfolio of sectors.
The company said it will continue to operate under its own “independent operational structure” while being able to access additional resources, such as training and other back-office support through its new “sister brands”.
Noel Mahony, co-CEO of BaxterStorey and director of WSH said: “Our industry is facing its toughest challenge to date and our combined resources will enable us to accelerate innovation and create a compelling food hospitality offer, building an even more resilient business.
“It’s an increasingly challenging time for the sector but together we are stronger.”
