Tom Kerridge’s Bull & Bear opens within new Stock Exchange Hotel

Tom Kerridge’s new Bull and Bear restaurant has officially opened as part of Relais and Chateux’s new Stock Exchange Hotel.

Housed under the building’s dome which for decades was the trading floor of the Stock Exchange, the space has been designed to be a social space where people can enjoy “quality food in a casual and relaxed atmosphere”.

Kerridge and his executive chef Dan Scott have created a menu that is influenced by his pub in Marlow, The Coach. The menu is divided into stages, ‘Hot’, ‘Cold’, ‘Hot “Slightly Bigger”’ dishes and ‘Sweet’, with the team recommending four to five plates per person, allowing diners to experience a wider selection of the menu.

Kerridge said: “We’re so excited to finally share The Bull and Bear with the people of Manchester. The space looks amazing and the team is ready to welcome guests and offer them a really special experience with some great food. I’ve always loved Manchester and I’m so chuffed that my first restaurant up north is in this brilliant city.”

The former Stock Exchange building, located in the heart of Manchester, has been meticulously transformed into a hotel offering a collection of 40 rooms and suites, including two signature suites and a stunning 3,500 square foot penthouse residence.

Co-owned by Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and hotelier Winston Zahra, the boutique property opens as a member of global hotel and restaurant fellowship, Relais and Châteaux and is managed and operated by Manchester based GG Hospitality.
