The Greyhound restaurant in Beaconsfield has announced five promotions across its front and back of house teams, highlighting internal progression within the business.

In the kitchen, Nathan Moore has been promoted from demi chef de partie to chef de partie. Moore joined the business as a commis chef in January 2024 after deciding to pursue a career in hospitality, having previously studied business management.

Meanwhile, Sam Clyne has been promoted from chef de partie to senior chef de partie. He joined the kitchen team as an apprentice commis chef in 2022 and has since progressed through demi chef de partie and chef de partie roles.

On the front of house side, Lauren Gulliford-Brown has been promoted from assistant manager to restaurant manager.

She joined the Greyhound four years ago as a junior waiter and has since held roles including senior waiter, head waiter and assistant manager.

Additionally, Rohit Sharma has been promoted to assistant manager, having previously worked as senior waiter and head waiter.

Natalie Sherriff has also been promoted, moving from senior waiter to head waiter. Sherriff joined the team in June 2024 and has since taken on additional responsibilities.

The promotions span both service and kitchen teams and reflect a continued emphasis on developing staff from within the business.
