Slim Chickens to open four new UK sites simultaneously
BRG said the group continues to work on further openings, with non-traditional concepts including drive-through locations planned for later in the year
Boparan Restaurant Group (BRG) will open four new Slim Chickens restaurants simultaneously on 4 July 2022 in Leicester, Liverpool, Milton Keynes and London’s Bishopsgate, continuing Slim Chickens’ roll out across the UK.
The new restaurants will each occupy 2500+ square feet locations, bringing the US fast casual brand’s UK portfolio up to 26 sites.
All of the sites will reportedly offer broader menus than others within its category, and all sites will have new interior schemes referencing the brand’s US roots with exposed brick, industrial beams and the brand’s signature red colourway.
The openings mark the latest milestones in BRG’s expansion plans and follow recent openings in Brighton, Bristol and London’s Cambridge Circus.
BRG said the group continues to work to a “strong” pipeline of openings, with non-traditional concepts including drive-through locations planned for later in the year.
