Food and cocktail service Buzzworks Holdings has announced a summer menu at its Troon and Largs venues.
As the menu features seafood connoisseurs, lobster, langoustines, king prawns, scallops, mussels, Tomahawk steak and the traditional fish and chips. The rise of vegan and vegetarian consumers have also made Scotts chefs create the new Dirty Vegan burger, with broccoli infused baps, along with hearty vegan lasagne.
Buzzworks Bakehouse, located behind Elliots in Prestwick, will provide the new menu desserts such as glazed chocolate tiramisu and strawberry shortcake sundae.
Alison Blair, operations director at Buzzworks Holdings, said: “Our customers can expect fresh, summer dishes with fantastic flavours on the new menu, with our chefs creating amazing dishes not only with locally sourced ingredients, but encompassing some of the latest food trends including vegan and vegetarian options.
