The brand commenced with one site in Ancoats, Manchester, and has since grown to operate over six restaurants across Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, and Sale.

Despite the plans, there is “no time frame” in place for the Stockton Heath restaurant, as the pandemic continues to cause closures for physical properties throughout the UK.

Known for its 24-hour fermented dough, the chain is backed by Manchester-based Mission Mars hospitality group.
