Pizza Express has confirmed it sent a delivery to Windsor Castle just before the second royal wedding reception was due to take place.
The pizza giant sent out a tweet showing the delivery taking place and confirming the order.
We did indeed deliver a load of pizzas to Windsor Castle yesterday. Proof that every wedding banquet must have pizza. We can't confirm or deny that the reception ended with a massive Dough Ball fight. 👑💒🍕#RoyalWedding pic.twitter.com/bjVzhNE0CJ

Over 10 pizzas were delivered by employees following a brief security check at the castle gate.
The more intimate evening reception at Frogmore House was reported to have been catered for by American food trucks and candy floss stalls.
Catering for the wedding was kept closely under wraps with royal chefs only revealing ingredients before the big day. Commoners invited to the wedding claimed that no catering was available on site for them, and said they had to use takeaways nearby.
