The new restaurant will have 70 covers and will serve the Mexican-inspired food it has become synonymous with in the US. Free wi-fi and phone charging stations will also be installed at the new site.
Leeds and Liverpool were the first two new UK sites opened by Caskade Caterers as they look to roll out the US chain countrywide.
Caskade Caterers had secured a £29.4m funding package from HSBC to fund plans made up of a £13m loan, £10m revolving credit facility, and a £6.4m commercial mortgage.
Taco Bell UK spokeswoman Ellen Gault said: “We’ve seen so much love for Taco Bell throughout the UK, especially in the north.
“We are excited to announce even later opening hours until 4am every day – and to welcome more people in Manchester through our doors to experience our delicious Mexican-inspired food.”
