Ghost kitchen platform Growth Kitchen has opened 10 new delivery kitchen locations for fried chicken restaurant Coqfighter, taking the brand’s delivery footprint to more than 40 sites across the UK.

Coqfighter, which runs five restaurants in London, partnered with the restaurant and technology platform in 2024 to expand its delivery operations. The companies aim to reach more than 100 delivery sites within 18 months.

The new kitchens are in cities including Brighton, Oxford and Bolton, with delivery available through apps such as Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats.

Growth Kitchen, which works with a network of 150 commercial kitchen operators across the UK, said its infrastructure allows Coqfighter to reach customers beyond London, boost profits and increase brand awareness.

The company added that it is helping small businesses and growing brands “kick the downward trend in hospitality” through its delivery kitchen model.
