German Doner Kebab has opened a new restaurant at Manchester Fort shopping park, marking its sixth location in Greater Manchester.

The site has created 30 jobs and will serve the brand’s standard menu of doner kebabs, rice bowls and sides.

The opening follows the recent launch of a £5 value menu across the chain, as well as the introduction of a new spicy kebab option.

The new Manchester Fort site will offer its full core range.

Menu items include the OG kebab, served with doner meat, salad and sauces in toasted waffle bread, as well as a doner rice bowl and a plant-based kebab option made with soya protein.

Side dishes include hash brown bites, doner-filled spring rolls and chilli cheese bites, with desserts such as jam-filled doughnut bites also available.

German Doner Kebab said ingredients include “premium” cuts of meat, salads sourced locally where possible and its proprietary sauces.
