According to Butchies, an all-day menu of it’s “famous” fried chicken burgers and “award-winning” wings will sit amongst a selection of new specials for the winter season.

Butchies has said its “love” of New York’s fried chicken and delis amongst other cuisines inspired it to create London’s “ultimate” fried chicken burger, as well as offering music festivals and pop-ups across the city.

Garrett Fitzgerald, Butchies founder, said: “All of this is thanks to the brilliant team that we’ve built gradually since launching as a street food stall in Broadway Market all those years ago.”

Charlie McVeigh, Butchies chairman, added: “This is a huge testament to the hard work and commitment from Garrett and the team, with a special mention for Operations Manager Ilker Sahinturk who has been instrumental in creating the strong culture which drives the business forward.”
